Oh! Hey, everybody. Checking up on me?

What can I say? I've been keeping busy...

... holding my head up...

... holding my own bottle...

... sleeping...

...taking over Mom & Dad's bed...

... sleeping some more...

... and, well, you know.

I've spent some time with Grandpa Wayne,

Grandma Lisa,

and Grandma Renee.

Uncle Chris, Aunt Tish, and Cousin Caleb came to visit, too.

Caleb had fun.

I like when Dad plays guitar.

But, I don't like getting dried off after my bath.

Anaya's First Week

Anaya had a very cool room ready for her when she came home with us.

At four days old, Anaya's already holding her head up. It's worth getting a good look at dad.

She hasn't quite grown into her swing yet, but enjoyed looking at the bears.

Since she's been holding her head up, we let Anaya spend some time on her "tummy time" mat. At a week old, she was able to turn from flat on her stomach onto her side. At her 1 week check-up, Anaya was up to 6 lbs, 2 oz.

The Newest Reed... Anaya Lenae

Anaya Lenae Reed was born on Friday, April 11th at 3:45PM. She was 20" long and weighed in at 5 lbs 7 oz.

Anaya's a little miracle baby! Her entire time in the hospital was spent in the NICU because the doctors had to do multiple tests to check on prenatal diagnoses of Dandy Walker variant and septo-optic dysplasia. But, God healed her and all her tests showed no signs of her original diagnoses. GOD IS AWESOME!!!
